2018 წლის პირველ თებერვალს ,,ოლიმპის’’ მოსწავლეები და მასწავლებლები შეუერთდნენ წიგნის საჯაროდ კითხვის საერთაშორისო დღეს. ამ დღეს ,,ოლიმპელები’’ უკვე მესამე წელია, აღნიშნავენ. მოსწავლეები და პედაგოგები ერთმანეთს უზიარებენ წიგნების შთაბეჭდილებებს, უკითხავენ ამონარიდებს ტექსტებიდან, საუბრობენ ავტორებზე, მსოფლიოს სხვადასხვა ქვეყნის ლიტერატურულ თავისებურებებზე, წარადგენენ პრეზენტაციებს. თავისუფალი ინტერაქცია მინდინარეობს საკლასო სივრცეებში, სკოლის ბიბლიოთეკასა და საპრეზენტაციო აუდიტორიაში. ,,წიგნის საჯაროდ კითხვის საერთაშორისო დღეს’’ კითხვისა და შემეცნების მოტივაციის ამაღლება, ლიტერატურული შთაბეჭდილებების გაზიარება და დაუვიწყარი ემოციური თანაგანცდა ახლავს თან.
